We believe in transparent communication to build trust and ensure your satisfaction. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless shipping experience. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase Monday to Saturday. For any orders placed after 2pm on Saturday, please allow up to 48 hours for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Pearlaza Games' Return & Exchange Policy is designed to offer you peace of mind. Whether you've had a change of heart or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. Our straightforward refund or exchange policy is our commitment to building trust and confidence so that you can shop with assurance. We allow for returns & exchanges for 15 days after purchase only and all products must be returned in the exact same condition as sold, this includes sealed products still being sealed with no damage to the wrapping. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on damaged or opened goods being returned. Refunds are issued only after the item has been received and reviewed by us.
